I have discovered two public FBO (Federal Business Opportunities) pages (here and here) which seem to indicate that we will receive a few FEMA Corps branded uniform items, including a t-shirt (short and long sleeve), polo shirt, hoody, lightweight jacket, and baseball-style hat.
According to a document:
It is crucial that these personnel be identifiable as emergency responders but also distinguishable from other DHS/FEMA and AmeriCorps employees. Professional clothing for FEMA Corps members with customized logos, lettering and color (royal blue and white) will allow them to be easily identified in the field.
Further, delivery of said clothing items are scheduled to arrive to the Vickburg and Vinton campuses by the end of September:
250 royal blue short sleeve t-shirts and 27 short sleeve white t-shirts, in the size quantities outlined in the chart below, delivered to the AmeriCorps NCCC Training Campus in Vicksburg, MS, by September 7, 2012.
250 royal blue short sleeve t-shirts and 27 white short sleeve t-shirts, in the size quantities outlined in the chart below, delivered to the AmeriCorps NCCC Training Campus in Vinton, IA, by September 21, 2012.
A ‘balance of order of all items’ is scheduled to be delivered to FEMA’s CDP campus as well:
1300 royal blue short sleeve t-shirts and 246 white short sleeve t-shirts, along with 600 royal blue long sleeve t-shirts; 100 white long sleeve t-shirts, 1200 royal blue short sleeve polo shirts and 200 white short sleeve polo shirts; 700 royal blue hoodies; 700 royal blue lightweight jackets; and 700 royal blue hats, in the size quantities outlined in the chart below, delivered to FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness Campus in Anniston, AL, by September 21, 2012.
